The used XCMG GR2153 motor grader is a high-performance engineering machine independently developed by XCMG for global road construction and land leveling. It has an operating weight of 16500kg and is equipped with a 4270×610mm large-size blade with 360° full rotation and loaded rotation function, which can meet the high-efficiency leveling needs of various complex working conditions. Powered by the original Cummins QSB6.7 national III EFI engine, the rated power is 164kW, with strong power, large torque reserve coefficient and low specific fuel consumption at the rated point, realizing energy saving and environmental protection. The electro-hydraulic control power shift transmission has 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears, matching the hydraulic torque converter to achieve the best power matching, short start-up acceleration time and strong low-speed torque output. The articulated frame is matched with front wheel steering, with small turning radius and flexible mobility, adapting to narrow space operation. Adopting international supporting hydraulic parts and full hydraulic control of blade movement, the working reliability is high. The three-section drive axle is equipped with NO-SPIN self-locking differential, and the optional herringbone pattern tires can improve the adhesion by about 10%. The luxurious sealed cab is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, three-stage vibration reduction of engine, cab and seat, and the overall noise is greatly reduced, which improves the driving comfort.
